Whale Watching Season 2024 - Guarantees & Cancellation policy

Season runs from mid July to around mid October

  • We offer a guarantee on whale sightings, if we take you out and no whales are seen on your tour we will offer you a free return cruise ticket for free.

Whale Watch Cancellation Policy

  • NO cancellation fee policy.     We know that life throws a few curve balls every now and again, all we ask is that you give us 24+ hours notice if possible.  
  • Full refund if you need to cancel for any reason.
  • This cancellation policy is for WHALE WATCH CRUISES ONLY.

Fraser Island Cancellation Policy

  • FRASER EXPLORER, LAKE MCKENZIE & DAY AWAY DAY TOURS  -  Bookings cancelled more than 48 hrs prior to departure will incur no cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled between 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to departure or failure to board the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Non utilised tour components will not be refunded. Tour Itinerary is subject to tide conditions.     
  • FRASER EXPERIENCE, FANTASTIC, EXCLUSIVE & HUMMER DAY TOURS  -  Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure and/or failure to board on tour date will incur 100% non refundable cancellation fee. Transfers to another tour date are not allowed after 3pm the day prior to travel/departure unless at management discretion. Tours reserve the right to operate substitute vehicle, food and drinks, and amend tour itinerary without prior notification. Minimum numbers apply. If Tours are cancelled due to weather conditions an alternate date or proportionate refund will be offered.
